My daddy, Scott Hines, is the strongest, most hardworking, and honest man I know. He would do anything in his power to help anyone in need. If you know him, you know this is true. The time has come to now help him.

Scott was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. It has metastasized into his spinal cord, adrenal glands, liver, and his brain. There are 20+ spots on his brain. In addition, he was also diagnosed with leptomeningeal disease. This is a very rare condition that only 3% of the population has. There is no cure for this disease. He is heartbroken, as are we. He is asking for help. Now that we are home, on hospice, there are so many things he needs. He still has the will to FIGHT and beat this. Dad's words are repeatedly, "It's all up to God. It's in His hands."

He wants to get up and go to work, of course, and take care of everything himself like he always has. He is very uncomfortable asking for help.

We obviously have a lot of medical bills, the hospital stay bills (3 weeks' worth), radiation treatments, and now hospice care... the list goes on and on. He really wants a hyperbaric chamber because the effects of this could be very beneficial for him.

If you find it in your heart to give any amount to help him and my mom, we would all appreciate it so much.
