Support Scott Falcone's Fight Against Cancer

I have launched this GoFundMe campaign on behalf of my father, Scott Falcone. In November of 2023, we received the distressing news of a tumor discovered during a routine medical procedure. Following a persistent struggle to arrange consultations with various doctors to confirm his cancer diagnosis, he finally started chemotherapy in January of 2024 for Stage 3B Colorectal cancer all the way up until May of 2024. He then embarked on daily chemotherapy and radiation treatment and is currently in treatment for both radiation and chemotherapy. With his insurance necessitating copayments for each visit, the financial burden has been substantial, particularly as these are specialized visits. Since his symptoms became uncontrollable in November 2023, he has been unable to work. Despite applying for SSDI with NYS, he was denied. His doctors are uncertain about his status following the upcoming surgery in the next few months, and whether it will render him totally disabled according to the requirements for SSDI eligibility. We have exhausted all available resources before resorting to GoFundMe. We are now seeking assistance. The raised funds will be allocated towards settling his outstanding bills, paying his home taxes for the upcoming tax year, covering copays for his future treatment, his required medications and funding his forthcoming surgery. Our family is immensely grateful for the unwavering support we have received throughout his treatment and diagnosis.
