We’re reaching out on behalf of our dear friend, Scott Baer, who recently experienced a sudden and life-altering stroke. In a matter of moments, everything changed. What began as an ordinary day quickly turned into a medical emergency that left Scott unresponsive for almost 18hours. We're happy to say he is showing signs that the recovery will go without surgery and he'll be on the road to healing soon.

Scott is the kind of person who shows up for others without hesitation, generous with his time, and always ready with a kind word or helping hand. Now, he needs that same support from all of us.

Unfortunately, the financial burden of emergency care, hospitalization, rehabilitation, and ongoing therapy is overwhelming. The costs are already significant and will continue to grow as Scott works toward regaining strength, mobility, and independence.

We are raising funds to help cover:

-Emergency medical treatment and hospital stay

-Rehabilitation and physical therapy

-Medications and follow-up care

-Daily living expenses during recovery

We are sharing this with heavy hearts. Truthfully, he would never ask for help or feel comfortable with this being out there, because he has always handled life’s challenges on his own.

But sometimes even the strongest among us need support, whether they ask for it or not. We are simply hoping that those who know and care about him can come together in whatever way they can to help him through this and get this Baer back to being himself.
