Support Scott and Alisa in tough times.

Dear Community my Name is Kristine Moreland and I am asking for you to show up as a Constant to Scott and Alisa during this difficult time.

We are reaching out to you on behalf of Scott and Alisa, who need our support now more than ever. On April 4, 2023, Alisa suffered a heart attack and fell into a coma. During this time, she experienced seizures and required round-the-clock monitoring and sedation. Scott, her devoted husband, never left her side, taking on the responsibilities of caring for their 17 and 14-year-old children, managing the household, and providing unwavering support to his wife. He has been the sole caretaker, juggling all the duties that come with it, from cooking and cleaning to driving and everything in between.

Currently, Alisa resides in a rehab facility, supported by state insurance, but not receiving the proper care she urgently needs. Scott is in need of financial assistance to ensure his wife receives the best possible medical care during this critical time.

Adding to the family's hardships, just last Sunday Night,Scott's truck was broken into, and all of his carpentry tools, which have been his livelihood for the past 30 years, were stolen. These tools are essential for his work and his ability to provide for his family during this difficult time.

Alisa has been diagnosed with Lance Adams syndrome, and it's crucial for the community to step up and support the family with the necessary medical funding for her care. We urge you to come together and help secure emergency funding for Alisa’s medical needs and to assist Scott in recovering his tools so that he can return to work.

Despite facing these challenges, Scott selflessly serves the community in greatest need through Reach Ministry, never once thinking of his own needs during these hard times. Now is the time for us to think about him and come together to offer our support.

Let's rally together to provide the financial assistance crucial for Alisa medical needs and to help Scott regain his tools so that he can continue to support his family during this challenging period.
