Support Scholarships: Join the Drive to 65

We are Garden Nursery School, a small, non-profit parent cooperative preschool in Cambridge, Massachusetts since 1959. It's our 65th birthday this year and in lieu of parties or gifts, we are having a "Drive to 65!" fundraising drive for our scholarship program. Throughout the past several years, all of our fundraising had been directed toward our general operating funds in order to get us through the pandemic and the recent move to our new location. During this, we continued to provide scholarships to families in need. At this time our scholarship fund has dwindled significantly.

We are so grateful for those who have supported our mission to serve our community. We want to be able to give back and provide opportunities for more families to be a part of our sweet school experience, especially now that we are expanding our program to include toddlers!

Although the Cambridge Preschool Program has provided an amazing opportunity for 4 year old children in Cambridge to have free preschool, there are many children who either do not live in Cambridge or qualify for the program. We want to help! Help us continue to provide a sweet, nurturing, learning environment for young children in the Cambridge, Somerville, Arlington, and beyond community!

The "Drive to 65!" event is a racing event where the children will design a long race track and a very special race car. Every time Garden Nursery School receives a $65 or more donation, the race car will move ahead until it reaches the finish line of $6,500! If we make it past $6,500 we will make the track bigger!
