Please Support Schelli's Healing and Home Care

My name is Erica Wiggins, and I am fundraising for my loving mom, Schelli Outar.
I am heartbroken to announce my dear mom in Florida, is diagnosed with COVID Pneumonia; Severe Anemia; Acute Kidney Injury (where her kidneys are starting to fail), Lungs in Critical Condition, and received an urgent 7 units of blood for a blood transfusion.
Doctors have her in the CCU, sedated, paralyzed, attached to a ventilator, all while a pulmonologist, hematologist and a kidney doctor are closely monitoring her organs and blood. The doctors are saying that she cannot get a CT scan, because without the only source of her oxygen, she will not survive.
On January 1st, 2022, my 54 year old mom, suddenly collapsed in her bedroom. Thankfully, my youngest sister, Elaine, was home from work and immediately called an ambulance to rush her to the ER. Elaine said, "I noticed that she looked confused and her face was a bluish color". Elaine told me that around Christmas, mom developed a cough, and was noticeably out of breath, but tested negative for COVID in their home.
Besides being a great mother, for the past 30 plus years, she works in the medical field, going above and beyond for her patients, while working as a CNA, Medical Assistant, Activities specialist for nursing homes, and now works with patients in an Alzheimers facility. If you know her, helping people, being positive, and making people smile is her super power.
Although this time is shocking and difficult for our family, we trust The Lord and keep our Faith in Him.
Our goal is to ensure she receives essential quality medical care now and during recovery at home, while living in a stress free environment, where she doesn't have to worry about anything except healing physically and mentally from this trauma.
We are asking for prayers and donations for the following:
At home medical treatment, which is generally expected after severe traumatic illnesses. This includes essential medical equipment and hiring professional medical help for support (since some of us live thousands of miles away).
Relocating her from her second floor walk up to a new home since stairs is not an option for her right now. As well as her current residence is surrounded by a specific tree species that she is allergic too, and makes it difficult for her to normally breath.
Paying her rent, utilities, car and other bills for the whole 2022 year.
Ensuring she has quality healthy groceries and meals to support her overall health and restricted diet for the whole 2022 year.
Lastly, to help my sister Elaine and her 3 year old son, who currently lives with and relies on support from my mom.
Anything remaining will continue to go towards health needs, as well as for my mom's retirement.
I know recovery is a process physically and mentally, but please help support my mom, and make her smile through this difficult time.
Any amount you have in your heart to give is greatly appreciated. If you are not able to give please pray for our mom as well as our family during this time. We encourage you to forward this to your family and friends. Thank you, be blessed.
