Hi, I'm Scarleto. I am a physically disabled, neurodivergent, and queer young adult. I am currently struggling to find a job that is accessible to me. I live in an unsafe and abusive household and am dangerously close to homelessness.

As of now, I need help raising money to pay rent to my dad, buy groceries, and cover emergency costs.

My Story:

Right as I turned 18, my father has been demanding $400 in rent every month. Since then, I have burned through over $3,000 I had in savings for rent alone, not including groceries. I now only have enough money to pay one more month of rent. I have been unable to get a job due to deep depressive episodes, my physical disabilities, school, and living in a treatment centre long-term. As of now, I am actively searching for a job that is accessible to me but within walking distance.

I hope to be able to move out sooner rather than later as my father and his fiancée are very abusive to me. My father has been neglecting me since I was young, and his fiancée is verbally and physically abusive. I'm nowhere near the amount of money I'd need to move out right now.
