Please help our cousin Say Say Lay get treatment for Lupus. (An illness where the immune system attacks the tissues and organs)

She's only 11 years old and has a long future ahead of her. The lupus has been spreading and has gotten to her spinal cord. If treatment can be received soon, she can be in a better situation. We thank you all for any help you can provide.
