Hello! I'm Koda and I'm a senior at Basha High School with a big passion for the ocean. I've always had an interest for sharks, and it breaks my heart seeing how they are overexploited in thr fishing industry today. My goal is to spread awareness an educate people on how we can conserve shark species and promote sustainable fishing practices! This fundraiser is part of my school project to give back to my community.
Saving the Blue is a nonprofit organization that specializes in recovering and restoring endangered marine life, specifically sharks, as well as educating all ages about how unique and important sharks are to our ecosystems.
