Hi, my name is Shelby Thickstun and I’m a junior at Butler University majoring in Music Industry Studies with a minor in Marketing. I’m also the President and founder of MIC, the Music Industry Club on campus.
Through MIC, we are raising money to continue spreading music on campus and beyond. We want to create more opportunities for live performances, student artists, and collaborative events that keep music present and accessible in our community. Our goal is to bring energy and creativity back to campus while also supporting the growth of young musicians. By raising funds, we can host larger events, invest in better production, and make sure music continues to be something that connects students and brings life to Butler.

Every contribution, big or small, makes a real impact. Even just a few dollars can help move this mission forward and reach those who need it most.
If you can’t donate right now, sharing this fundraiser is also incredibly helpful. Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity. It means the world to me.
