Support Savanna's Fight Against Lymphoma

Hi everyone,
Thank you for taking the time to read Savanna’s story.
“You have cancer.” These are words our family is still struggling to process. Words that no one ever wants to hear, words that are hard to believe, and words that have turned our world upside down. For 21-year-old Savanna, these words became her reality. They were the same words we first heard in August 2017 when her father was diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Now, it feels like we are living a nightmare all over again.
A few weeks ago, Savanna noticed a bump on her neck and dismissed it as a muscle knot from the gym. But when our mom saw it, she insisted on taking her to the pediatrician. This began a series of doctor visits, countless tests, and endless waiting. On June 14, our worst fears were confirmed: Savanna was diagnosed with stage 2 Hodgkin’s Lymphoma nodular sclerosis. To preserve her dream of becoming a mother one day, Savanna is undergoing IVF and egg retrieval before starting chemotherapy in early July. She faces eight rounds of treatment, with the hope of finishing in October.
Savanna is a fighter. She is about to enter her senior year at the University of South Carolina this August and is determined to make the most of it. If possible, she plans to travel back and forth for her treatments – an additional expense, but one that she deserves. This challenge won't stop her! Surrounded by an army of people who love her, we know she will fight with everything she has.
Medical bills are piling up rapidly. We humbly ask for your support – whether it’s a donation or simply sending positive vibes Savanna’s way. Every bit helps, big or small. Your kindness and generosity mean the world to us during this difficult time. Thank you for standing with Savanna and helping her through this fight.
