Support Savannah's Recovery Journey

My name is Anna, I'm the GM at Imagine Vegan Cafe, and the cafe's owners the Jeffreys are also my "chosen" family. Many people have reached out about ways to help and requested and fundraiser to help Savannah through her recovery, and we're incredibly grateful for the outpouring of love and support for this amazing, kind, beautiful girl.

On Christmas Eve, the Jeffrey Family was on their way home from family Christmas in Kentucky. Adam, Kristie, Sierra, Madalynn, Aspen and Aidan were driving in front in their van, and Savannah and her boyfriend Arnold were following behind in another car. A drunk driver crossed over into the oncoming lane, over a hill. Adam was barely able to swerve out of the way, but Savannah didn't have time to react as the driver hurtled towards them, hitting them head on at full speed. She is currently at the Med in Memphis. She sustained multiple breaks to every limb, and both of her hips are broken. She has an extremely long and difficult recovery journey ahead. Doctors anticipate her needing 6 surgeries at a minimum, she will be in the hospital for a long time followed by long term care, and it will be a long time before she can walk again... we hope for the very best but it may be 1/2 a year or more.

All the funds raised here will be going towards Savannah's medical bills, ongoing care, and retrofitting their home to accommodate her in the future as she gets to come home.
