Hello, I'm Savannah!

I go to Attleboro High School and participate in the medical program that they offer, as something in the medical field is what I see myself considering for my future career. Luckily, I am being given the opportunity to expand my knowledge and was invited to attend a summer program called the National Youth Leadership Program for Medicine and Health. For a week, July 24th-31st, 2025, I would be attending the University of California, Berkeley, getting hands-on training activities and learning from doctors working in different parts of the medical field. This way, I can balance out my options and see what I'd be most interested in. During this week-long experience at UC Berkeley, I'll not only gain valuable hands-on medical training but will also earn two college credits that will give me a head start on my future education.

While I am incredibly excited for this opportunity, the funds for it are quite high. The program costs $4,500, which includes my stay in a dorm at the University of California for 8 days, my food while on campus, and all training activities while there. Transportation and any spending are not included. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity. Anything donated will be extremely helpful and appreciated very much. Thank you!
