Hi, my name is Patrick, and I am fundraising for my best friend and coworker, Savannah Phillips. She was diagnosed with Systemic Lupus Erythamatosis at 19 (2016) and recently developed a more advanced and aggressive type of Lupus, Class IV Lupus Nephritis. This new diagnosis requires a very aggressive immunosuppressive therapy regimen and six initial chemotherapy rounds at the Cancer Center that will start this Tuesday, May 17th.

As many people know, she is currently trying to finish school and work a full-time job to cover her monthly expenses with the added new medical bills. The treatments alone cost $1000 per treatment. Unfortunately, Savannah has been dealing with this since early January. After four months of searching for a diagnosis, Savannah’s health has greatly suffered. This has already caused a great stress on her financial situation. While undergoing treatment, she will be unable to work her regular schedule as a Manager and Server at Midtown Pizza Kitchen. All of her coworkers, especially me, would be incredibly grateful if you could help us help her through this difficult time.
