Hello everyone! My name is Savannah Jasper, and I am honored to serve as Miss Black Georgetown 2025. I’m currently preparing to compete in the Miss Black District of Columbia pageant this November — a platform that celebrates scholarship, service, and sisterhood while giving Black women the opportunity to make a real difference in their communities.
My platform, “Legends of Tomorrow,” focuses on expanding mental health resources and emotional support for Black LGBTQ+ children. Growing up, I saw how often our most vulnerable youth are silenced, misunderstood, or left without safe spaces to heal. Through this initiative, I aim to partner with local schools, wellness programs, and nonprofits to build creative, affirming outlets — spaces where young people can express themselves freely and be seen for who they truly are.
Beyond the pageant stage, my career goal is to become a U.S. diplomat and, one day, an ambassador. I believe representation matters not just in our communities but also in the rooms where global decisions are made. I plan to attend law school in 2027 to deepen my understanding of international law, diplomacy, and human rights advocacy — all tools that will help me serve both my country and the global community with empathy and integrity.
Preparing for this journey involves significant expenses — from pageant fees, wardrobe, travel, and platform materials to funding outreach projects that bring “Legends of Tomorrow” to life. Your support will help me not only shine on stage but also amplify a mission that uplifts young voices and builds bridges across cultures.
Every donation, share, and word of encouragement means the world to me. Thank you for believing in my vision and helping me take one step closer to representing both my community and my country with pride.
With love and gratitude,
Savannah Jasper
