Support Savannah: Car Loss & Business on Hold
Donation protected
Any of you who may know Savannah Bell, the owner of The Savvy Sitter in Jasper, may have seen she was just in a car accident on June 12th. She was the only one in the car and thankfully walked away with a concussion and minor injuries. But now her only mode of transportation for business and personal needs has been totaled. In the last 6 months, she finished paying it off and spent thousands on fixing and maintaining Gina (the GMC). What a blessing she did have new tires and brakes at the time; unfortunately, liability coverage does no good replacing all that work.
Our little village has already jumped in to offer emergency and temporary assistance, but all things considered, I feel it's worth reaching out to the greater community for support. Encouragement, shares, and even the smallest donation will make a difference! She is an independent mama and very uncomfortable asking for help, especially monetarily, but with all her external pet care paused without a vehicle, regular expenses to focus on, and mounting medical bills, there's no way she can even consider allocating funds to another vehicle!
Of course, times are hard for everyone; thank you for even reading this, let alone considering donating!
Ps. This is the first time I've done this, so please forgive me for any mistakes.
