My niece, Savanah, was recently diagnosed with Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome, a very rare and serious condition. This has turned life upside down for her and her family.

To get the specialized care she needs, Savanah and her mom must travel over 300 miles every week to see her GI specialist. Between the long trips, hotel stays, medical needs, and her mom having to take time off work, the financial strain has become overwhelming.

Her mom is a single mother of four children (three still under 18) and is doing everything she can to care for Savanah while keeping the family afloat. But right now, she needs our help.

• Household bills while her mom is unable to work
