Support Saundra's cancer treatment

Hi, my name is Rebecca and I am fundraising for our beloved friend Saundra while she is beginning her journey of healing from uterine cancer. If you've ever been to Trader Joe's or visited Marquee you've met beautiful, tall, stylish and fun Saundra. She has been a manager at Marquee since its inception & a valued member of our team. She was diagnosed with uterine cancer back in the spring and has since undergone a total hysterectomy with Hope Women's Cancer Center at Mission Hospital. After healing from the surgery she was cleared for chemo and radiation treatments, but has decided the best option for her is a holistic cancer center. Right now she is scheduled to begin treatment at the Utopia Cancer Center in Tampa, FL unless she can find the same therapies closer to Asheville.

She was unable to work the whole month of June while she recovered from surgery, only 1/2 of July and will be out of work all of September and October for treatments in FL. So not only has she had a loss of income, Utopia's total cost for 8 weeks of treatment and housing comes to 44K.

Let’s help her (and Blake) not have to worry about the loss of income or have to get an equity line out on their house to pay for the treatment and housing. Thank you in advance for your support.
