Help Service Dog Sasha get surgery to save her from early retirement!

Sasha is my rescue baby American Bully currently facing mobility issues due to a large lump on her shoulder. The lump has left her unable to perform needed psychiatric services, leaving us both in dire straits. Over the last 6 months, her situation has become urgent, requiring surgery. We have been saving as much as possible for the surgery over the past year and a half but would really appreciate some help getting us the rest of the way.
