Support Sasha's Legal Battle for Freedom

Hello, I am starting this fundraiser on behalf of my wife, Sasha Glanville. On June 10th, she was taken back into custody after her release in November of 2022. The ruling that she was released on, was reversed because of a technicality. Her knowledge of the accident couldn't be proven that beyond a reasonable doubt of the four elements of a crime. She never made contact with the vehicle and the driver of the high gravity and low stability vehicle lost control.

Since her release, Sasha has done everything the court required of her: she wore a court-ordered ankle monitor, complied with drug patch, and completed every step necessary to regain her driver's license, which she was told would take three years. She also pursued personal growth and healing.

During her time at Hernando, Sasha joined and graduated from a faith-based rehabilitation program. That experience was transformative. The program helped change her life and give her a renewed sense of purpose. Though the program has since closed, its impact on her was lasting.

Sasha, has been attending the Church of Eleven22 and an active member. She's part of the welcome team and is also on the care team. The care team is a commissioned member where you pray for and over people in crisis. She is also on prison ministry but had to wait the 5 year period before entering any facility. The Church is also where I would meet her and we would marry February 14th 2025.

We are now appealing the court's decision, as Sasha was not given a fair trial and lacked proper legal representation. Unfortunately, quality legal defense is costly, and we simply can’t afford it on our own. That’s why we’re reaching out to our community for help.

We’re raising funds to cover the costs of legal fees and appeals. Every dollar will go toward securing the legal support Sasha deserves so she can return home and continue living the life she has worked so hard to rebuild.
