I am Patty Li trying to help my aunt to cover expenses for her thyroid cancer treatment.

Her name is Sara and she has been recently diagnosed with thyroid cancer with metastasis in the cervical nodes.

She thought she could wait until she was able to be admitted in a public hospital in Lima since she thought her problem was only localized but then she found out there is metastasis and the surgery can not wait. In fact the doctor told her he would like to do the surgery next week.

The surgery in a private hospital costs 15000 soles (about $4150)

She has some savings but not to cover the whole procedure.
