Support Sara's Journey to Salamanca Training

Hello everyone! My name is Sara Jordan, and I have the chance to travel to Salamanca, España this summer to study for a week-long teacher and leadership training at La Universidad de Salamanca, the oldest university in Spain, and one of the oldest in the world.

This fundraiser campaign is to help support this personal and professional growth opportunity that I was awarded by the American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese. The scholarship awarded to me from the AATSP covers a substantial portion of the training and partial accommodations.

I am asking for support and contributions of friends and family to hopefully help bridge the gap and cover additional travel costs, including airfare, local transportation in Spain, and personal expenses outside of the conference window.

This is truly the opportunity of a lifetime and I am so grateful I was chosen as one of the recipients of this prestigious award. I am so grateful for any well wishes, prayers, support, and especially your contributions on this campaign. I have not had the chance to return to Spain since I studied there during Undergrad in 2016, so I am elated and anxiously awaiting June!
