About 2 months ago Sarai did a colon cleanse that unearthed some underlying conditions that she was previously unaware of. She found herself in a deep spiral as many of her body systems were under enormous stress including intense heart palpitations, intense internal heat, electric shocks, neuropathy, digestive issues, insomnia and more. It has been a mysterious couple of months getting to the bottom of what is going on - with no clear answers until just a few days ago - which has shown the reactivation of Epstein Bar.

Within this time, her entire life has been on pause, including all of her ways of earning income. She also has spent a lot of money on seeing healers, getting blood and other diagnostic tests, things like IV infusions and purchasing supplements.
