Support Sarah's Urgent Home Renovation Needs

Hello! My name is Sarah. I am a single mom from Pierre. I work full time with the state and soon will start full time nursing school. I have been doing everything I can to better myself and the life I give my daughter. Recently we found out our landlord is selling our house and we had to find new housing. We did find a single wide mobile home that was in need of a remodel. We were able to make some of the repairs and buy materials with the money that has already been dontate. Then I was able to get a small loan to cover the estimated costs of the remodel. However, every time we have gone to fix something, we have found one problem after another! And so much mold was uncovered that we are having to replace all the walls. We have already partially replaced the floors where water damage caused holes. I bought the house as is, and the previous owner left everything he owned behind. If the house would have been cleaned out, we may have been able to see more of the damage before the purchase. But here we are. I need to get this home ready for myself and my daughter. We are running out if time and money. Alot of amazing people have been coming to the rescue with manual labor help. One of the biggest stressors we have in life is to be able to provide for our children. I need help with this. I am so thankful for my family and members of the community helping. I an beyond grateful for every penny that has been donated, and every single penny of it has gone into this place. If you are able to help, please do.
