Support Sarah's Spinal Surgery Recovery

Hello, I'm Abby! I'm creating a GoFundMe page for my mother, Sarah and here is a little of her story below. Some who have known my mom long probably know she has had bilateral drop foot for 20 years. Reasons were always unknown. After Lily (my little sister) was born (1/25/24), new symptoms surfaced. She saw a neurologist again seeking more answers. MRIs found that she will need to have two spinal surgeries, one 3 months after the other.

She has Myelomalacia, so some of her symptoms will be permanent due to permanent damage to the spinal cord. However, without the surgeries, she could become paralyzed. She will be out of work for months. She will be able to get STD; however, to offset the loss of 40%, we are doing this GoFundMe in hopes to replace her lost income and relieve some of her financial stress. So, with all the time put together with her neck and back surgery, she is looking at 6-9 months off of work, with her first surgery being on March 19th.
