Support Sarah's New Bunny Journey

Hello, my name is Sarah. Recently, my bunny Buddy of 8 1/2 years died of old age. It's been a while, and I've found another bunny I would like to make a bedroom companion. But in order to do that, my mom says I need to neuter him before he comes in to share my bedroom with me because male bunnies like to spray and mark their territory. Since I'm disabled, I can't come up with $700 quickly for the first vet appointment to meet him and set up the neutering appointment. I would really like to bring this bunny in right away to train him how to behave. When Buddy was alive, he slept right beside me on the bed and would come up and give me a kiss every morning. He had full range of my bedroom and the house. It was so cute to watch him follow me out to the refrigerator for his breakfast of Romaine lettuce and something sweet like banana or strawberry. He would get so excited, and then at night, he would have a bedtime snack of cilantro. He was such a dear little guy. I think when I get the new bunny, I'll call him Basil. Thank you.
