Hello All ♥️ As many of you know, I have been planning to go to Uganda this Summer, 2026. I will be going with a small team to serve with One City Ministries. We will be doing in-home visits, helping with the Little Lights program (the children's ministry), and helping at the medical center, to name a few areas. This is something that has been on my heart for several years now, and I finally decided to step out in obedience and go. I personally will also be using this trip as a "Vision Trip" to learn from One City Ministries and see what things could be helpful and implemented with Hands Of Good Samaritan (which many of you know is the ministry in a different part of Uganda that was started and is run by my friend, Brian, whom I have been partnered with for about 10 years now). So I am so excited to see all that God has planned for this trip and beyond!

Now, as most of you also know, I recently lost my beloved husband, David, in January of this year. After this sudden and devastating loss, I questioned if still going to Uganda was the right thing. I was met with a resounding YES. I also knew how excited David was for me to go on this trip and I know in my heart he would still want me to go ❤️‍

However, I have been slow to start my fundraising efforts, as I was first going through the shock of David's passing, then after that with everything else I needed to catch up on and be doing in the wake of all this. I also know how generous everyone was to give towards the GoFundMe that was created to pay for David's funeral expenses (and THANK YOU so much again for that, it was such a huge blessing and I cannot state how much I appreciate everything), so I was hesitant to ask again for financial help. But here we are in March and I am urgently needing to raise at minimum the first half of the funds needed so the plane tickets can be purchased. So the total amount needed for the trip is $4,000 which means I am needing $2,000 ASAP to buy the plane tickets. This is a large number, but I have seen God do even bigger things than this and fully trust that He can and will provide what's needed! So I am asking for YOU help by coming alongside me to make it happen! My whole team has gone through a lot of difficulties trying to get there, so I know God has big plans that the enemy must be wanting to stop!
