Hey everyone I’m Alicia. I’m starting this for my cousin, more like a sister, almost like a mother Sarah
There are some people in this world whose hearts are so full of love that they leave a little light everywhere they go. My cousin, Sarah, is one of those people.
Sarah has always been a bright light to everyone around her. She’s the kind of person who makes others feel loved, welcomed, and cared for. She has spent her life showing up for the people she loves, and now she needs us to show up for her.
Sarah is courageously battling stage 4 cervical cancer that has spread to her lymph nodes. Along the way, she has also developed blood clots, leaving her unable to walk, something that is completely unlike the strong, active woman we all know and love.
But if you know Sarah, you know she isn’t just fighting for herself.
She’s fighting for her two beautiful children, who love their mom beyond words and are doing everything they can to be by her side through this unimaginable journey. They deserve more time with the woman who has been their safe place, biggest supporter, and greatest source of love.
No family should have to face the emotional and financial weight of cancer alone. Between treatments, medical expenses, travel, and the everyday costs that don’t stop when life does, the burden becomes overwhelming.
Today, we’re asking our community to wrap Sarah and her children in the same love she has so freely given to others.
If you’re able, please consider donating to this GoFundMe. No amount is too small, and if you can’t donate, sharing her story and keeping Sarah and her children in your prayers is another incredible way to help.
Let’s remind Sarah that she is not walking this road alone, even on the days she physically cannot walk. Let’s carry her through this season with hope, compassion, and love.
Thank you for helping us lift up an amazing mother, cousin, friend, and beautiful soul. Together, we can help ease the burden and allow Sarah to focus on what matters most: fighting with everything she has and making more precious memories with her children.
