Hello, I'm Sarah and I'm raising funds to repair my car after a sudden mechanical breakdown. Unfortunately, my car insurance won't cover the costs since it wasn't accident-related. On top of that, my car is on finance untill 2028, so even if I wrote it off, I'd still be making repayments.

Even though no one prepares for this, this has honestly happened at the worst time. I just started my Masters as a trainee therapist in Manchester so my car is essential as I have to travel regularly up north, and without my car, I'm making train journeys each week which is costly. I also work in mental health, which means I need to be able to travel for clients, appointments and support sessions.

This breakdown has left me in a tough situation, and I please ask for any financial support on getting back on the road. Any contribution, like even if it's £1, would make such a difference and help me continue my education & work.
