Support Sarah: Preemie in NICU

Hello, I'm Hailey, and I'm raising funds for Sarah, my colleague's daughter, and her premature daughter, Daliah. I've had the pleasure of working with Sarah's father, Brian, for numerous years, and we were family friends even before becoming colleagues. This family is incredibly sweet and hardworking, deserving of support.

Sarah's first pregnancy took an unexpected turn on 10/30/2023 when, at just 24 weeks, she underwent an emergency C-section due to complications. Baby Daliah arrived prematurely at 1 pound 9 ounces and 12 1/2” long, requiring immediate transport to a specialized NICU an hour away.

As Sarah continues her recovery and Daliah faces a long NICU stay until mid-February 2024, unforeseen expenses are mounting. This campaign seeks support for essential needs such as gas for the frequent trips to the NICU, vehicle maintenance, tolls, meals, lost wages during Sarah's absence from work, occasional hotel stays for a change of environment, and post-NICU home care for Daliah.
