Sarah Meekins, a beautiful young 17-year-old, soon-to-be graduate from Cape Hatteras Secondary School in 2026, enjoys spending time with her family, taking walks by the beach, hanging out with her friends, and participating in high school cheer and sports.

As the school year begins, our family is facing significant challenges, as Sarah has recently been diagnosed with classical Hodgkin's lymphoma. Sarah will be receiving her treatment at Duke Cancer Center in Durham. We are reaching out to our community for support during this difficult time.
