Anyone who has ever been blessed by the companionship of animals knows that occasionally an extremely rare soul comes around to share their life with yours. This is the case of a simply wonderful Rough Collie by the name of Barclay and his connection with his equally wonderful human Sarah.

Recently Barclay was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma, a form of cancer that can be quite aggressive. This came only weeks after Barclay’s littermate brother passed of the same disease. Fortunately Barclay’s was caught early and is treatable, but like so many things, the financial side of vet care can be a formidable obstacle on its own.
