Sara, my sister, is facing one of the most challenging moments of her life. On December 30, 2025, her husband Chris was admitted to the hospital and soon after received the devastating diagnosis of stage 4 pancreatic cancer. The cancer has spread rapidly and, as a result, Chris will be entering hospice care in the coming days. With the advanced stage of his illness, it is expected that he may only have a matter of days or weeks left with us. This heartbreaking news has left Sara and our family devastated, trying to come to terms with the reality of what lies ahead.

As Sara prepares to say goodbye to her beloved husband, she is also facing a mountain of unexpected expenses. The costs of medical care, hospice support, legal matters, and funeral arrangements are overwhelming, adding financial stress to an already unbearable situation. I am reaching out on her behalf to ask for help in easing this burden, so she can focus on spending precious time with Chris and finding comfort in their final days together.
