Hey there pals!

For quite a chunk of my life (and especially since coming out as non-binary in 2022), the possibility of top surgery and a decrease in gender dysphoria has been not just a goal, but a life-saving future measure. I'm finally at a point where I can schedule my surgery, and I'm SO excited. However, my (wonderful) surgeon's office has some hefty fees not covered by insurance, and my current positioning as a social work grad student means that is a significant financial strain. I'm hoping to raise some funds to cover my fees for the surgery, and while it's uncomfortable to ask for help, humbling myself for a such a wonderful increase in my quality of life is worth it.

Any extra funds raised will be going to TransSanta (as my surgery is around the holidays), which is a wonderful organization prioritizing getting both basic needs and emotional needs met during the holidays for trans people who deserve that joy.
