Saplings Day Nursery is a small, not-for-profit registered charity at the heart of our community. We are passionate about giving every child the very best start in life – especially those who need it most. Many of our children come from deprived backgrounds, and a high number have special educational needs. For some, Saplings is their safe place to play, learn, and thrive.

We are reaching out because we need your help to improve our outdoor provision. Our outdoor space is where children develop vital skills: running, climbing, exploring, and connecting with nature. Sadly, our current resources are limited, and we want to create an environment that truly inspires learning and supports the wide range of needs our children have.

At Saplings, we work hard to give back to our community. We provide healthy breakfasts and snacks at no cost to parents, and offer extra-curricular activities free of charge. As a charity, every penny goes back into supporting the children and families we serve.

Create sensory-friendly spaces for children with additional needs.
