Our daughter has been sick for a long time. After so many different tests and specialists, we have uncovered reasons for the pain, vomiting, dizziness, and more: Stage 4 Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, and PCOS. Saoirse needs an extensive surgery to remove what Endo they can. She has a high risk of losing her ovaries and fallopian tubes during surgery. At just 17, the doctor recommended egg freezing to preserve fertility. Our insurance doesn’t cover this. Facing a time constraint, we need to come up with the funds to pay for egg freezing prior to surgery. We want to do everything we can to ensure our daughter’s fertility is preserved.
