Hello! It is Saoirse! I am traveling to Legon, Ghana, at the end of this year to study abroad! It is a 3 week program for winter break, in which I'll be staying with a family at a homestay and taking a class at the university of Ghana every weekday. I will also be exploring the local area and the city of Accra and participating in volunteer projects!

I'm super-excited to go and have almost everything ready and planned. However, there are many expenses that my mom and I are paying out of pocket. If you would like to help and are financially able to, I would really appreciate it and give you pictures and my sincerest thanks in return!

Mostly, I just want to tell you all how happy and grateful I am to be in a place in my life where I am able to travel across the world alone and study in a place I've never been before.
