I'm Saoirse Vaughn, and I'm trans feminine.

After a lot of thought, and countless heartfelt and vulnerable conversations, I've come to the conclusion that bottom surgery (SRS, Gender Confirmation Surgery, Vaginoplasty, whatever you call it) is the next and right step for me.

I intend to see Dr Chayamote Chayangsu MD. (Dr “Bank”) in Thailand to undergo the Suporn method, with a possible PPT revision at a later time.

Your donation would go towards allowing me to live in the correct body for me.

Without help, and with the US medical system as it currently exists (especially given the direction this country is going) this necessary gender affirming care would only exist in the realm of dreams and fantasies for me.
