It is with a very heavy heart and the sincerest of humility, that we are asking for our community's help during this difficult time. My husband, Santos, was detained by ICE on Wednesday October 22, 2025 in the morning. Santos was detained in Westbury, he was pulled over, unprovoked, and detained by ICE. My husband was the sole provider for our family. Santos is kind, responsible and a hard worker. Those that know him, know he is always willing to help any one in need. We have 3 beautiful kids together and I find myself in need of help. My husband was responsible for everything economically and now we find ourselves with no source of income. We ask for the communities help while I figure out how to pay rent and provide for my kids. Any help would be greatly appreciated, we will deeply appreciate anything. Mi esposo, Santos, fue detenido por ICE el miércoles 22 de octubre del 2025 por la mañana. Santos fue detenido en Westbury, fue detenido sin provocación por ICE. Mi esposo era el único proveedor de nuestra familia. Santos es amable, responsable y muy trabajador. Quienes lo conocen saben que siempre está dispuesto a ayudar a quien lo necesite. Tenemos tres hermosos hijos juntos y ahorita me encuentro con necesidad de ayuda. Mi esposo era responsable de todo económicamente y ahora nos encontramos sin ninguna fuente de ingresos. Pedimos la ayuda de la comunidad mientras averiguo cómo pagar la renta y mantener a nuestros hijos.
