Hi my name is Santiago and I am reaching out during one of the most difficult times in my life. Due to serious health issues, I’m currently unable to work and struggling to cover living expenses. No medical insurance. I take dialysis 3 times a week. I am dealing with diabetes type 1 . High blood pressure. Retaining liquid in my body. Bad eye sight.
