I reach out to you with a sincere request that I think I should speak about and ask for help. I was 19 years of age when I did my first Sudarshan Kriya- a profound breathing technique and met my spiritual Master - Sri Ravi Shankar Ji - This is when my spiritual journey started.

The Sudarshan Kriya was super helpful in recovering from major ear surgeries which had caused a lot of pain and stress to my body and mind. It is since then that I wanted to become an Art of Living teacher and teach the Kriya and this profound knowledge to people. Today I am 37 and I feel if I don't follow my heart NOW and do what truly makes me happy, my life will just pass by. 

I am currently in the middle of jobs, but I genuinely think I am ready in all ways to go through the TTC and to contribute to spreading this knowledge to as many people as I can.  I intend to attend the TTC in the Boone Ashram in Boone, North Carolina from 7th December-22nd December 2024 based off a previous acceptance into the TTC in March 2024.

Any contribution, big or small, to this fund raiser, will be deeply appreciated and I promise to pay it forward by spreading this knowledge to as many people as I can.
