Hi, my name is Shannon, and I’m organizing this fundraiser on behalf of my grandmother to help her friends and neighbors, Sandy and her mother, Sharron.

They live in a low-income 55+ apartment community and were recently involved in a car accident in which they were not at fault. The accident resulted in their only vehicle being totaled. Due to delays and ongoing difficulties with the insurance process, they don't know when they will receive a payout, and the amount expected will not be enough to purchase a safe and dependable replacement vehicle.

Sandy is Sharron’s full-time caregiver, and reliable transportation is essential for daily life, including appointments, groceries, and caregiving responsibilities. At this time, they do not have access to a rental car and are facing significant challenges without a vehicle.
