Support Sandra's Journey: Reliable Car Needed

My name is Brigida Henríquez. This photo is of my beautiful sister Sandra, who holds a Master's degree in Social Work. Her life has faced challenges since birth—two weeks after she was born, she was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. Throughout her amazing life, she has encountered many obstacles, yet she has always remained resilient and achieved beyond expectations.

Three months ago, Sandra was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer, devastating news for our family. Until recently, I was using my ex-husband's car and paying the insurance to transport her to appointments. Though I work, as a single mother, I don't have the financial means to purchase a vehicle. Unfortunately, my ex-husband can no longer let me use his car for undisclosed reasons. This has made it impossible for me to help Sandra get to her appointments, as she lives in Rockland County while I'm in Orange.

Please help me care for Sandra as best I can—she started chemotherapy recently and needs my support.

I'm seeking assistance to purchase a reliable car that can accommodate her wheelchair.
