The scammer intercepted her cards from the mailbox and began making purchases and withdrawing thousands in cash, leaving Sandra’s account depleted. Despite a police report showing unauthorized ATM activity, Vystar has refused to return the funds, claiming Sandra was at fault for mailing the cards. At 71 years old, Sandra is now left without her husband, who passed away just a week ago, and without the savings she depended on to survive. She lives on a fixed income, and these funds are essential for paying her house note, keeping her life insurance, and covering daily expenses. The loss has left her vulnerable and struggling to make ends meet.
