Sandra and David Dauer have always been dedicated to supporting those around them, both through their church and their business. For years, they have worked to lift up their community, offering help and encouragement whenever it was needed. Now, they are facing a challenge of their own and need support from those who care about them.


After nine months of David being ill and unable to get a diagnosis at Pittsburgh area hospitals, Sandra and David found hope at Emory Hospital near Atlanta. David underwent surgery there on June 25, but his recovery has been filled with setbacks. He has been in the ICU on a ventilator for over a month, and Sandra has stayed by his side every step of the way, living in a nearby hotel so she can be close to him.


The costs of lodging and David’s uncovered medical expenses are mounting. Sandra and David have shown incredible strength and faith throughout this ordeal, believing that they will get through it together. Any support will help ease their financial burden and allow Sandra to remain with David as he continues to fight for his recovery.
