The small village of San Rafael in the city of Barili, Cebu, has always been a close-knit community. My wife grew up there, surrounded by friends, family, and neighbors who have supported each other through good times and bad. Recently, a devastating typhoon struck the island, leaving many families in San Rafael with little more than the clothes on their backs. Homes were damaged, food supplies were washed away, and the community is now facing a difficult road to recovery.

Through a trusted contact in the village, my wife and I have already been able to organize donations of rice, noodles, and coffee to over 60 families in need. But the need is still great, especially as the holiday season approaches. We want to continue supporting these families by providing more food, clothing, and other essentials to help them get back on their feet.
