Support Samuel's Journey to Pain-Free Living

Hello, my name is Stacy and I am a mom of four and wife to an incredible man named Samuel. Samuel is the sole provider for our family. Samuel is 40 years old and has had a rough ride to get to where he's at today. Unfortunately he has suffered many injuries along the way that have left it very hard to continue the way he needs and wants to. Samuel now faces problems with his neck and back. Dr. Miles Fortner refers to him as an "extreme" case. As of recently the pain has become too much, leading him to the chiropractor. On top of normal back problems Sam had been experiencing severe sleep deprivation, dizzy spells and intense ear pain and even some hearing loss, due to the condition of his neck and spine. I'm sure you're wondering where he got so damaged. When Sam was just 6 years old he fell out of 25 foot tree. Followed by that he would experience 5 fender benders before reaching age 10. His first visit to a chiropractor at age 12 lead to a extreme neck adjustment unable to move his head to the left. Then at age 23, Sam was working in the oil field. This would be where he severed three nerve endings in his left shoulder. Causing a forever life change. In 2010, Samuel was playing a golf tournament and injured his right wrist that needed surgery. Causing his dream of playing golf for a living to slip away and die. He had been playing and loving golf since he was just two years old. Then in 2020 Sam stepped on a Lego. This lead to the removal of a nerve and the mutilation of his right leg and foot. He had to have the never removed completely. Causing depression and hard financial times.
This left Sam with the inability to do the things he not only loved like golfing and climbing and even sleeping but it has made providing for his family the hardest things he's ever faced.
The current xrays reveal major damage that will need 30 visits over 10 weeks to Dr. Fortner. Resulting in five thousand dollars. The doctor also has rerered Sam to Denver, CO. Down there he would undergo a MRI and a CTX scan, stemcell injections to help heal and stabilize his neck and back. The doctor his hopeful he would only need one treatment in Denver. This will cost around 3,000 dollars. Sam worked at Camel Lanes for over 6 years and has done many desk jobs trying find some way to pay his bills but also not cripple him. Sam now spends his days with his own business. He can do many things but loves to build. He is an independent contractor known as the Mud Man. He does things like building pole barns, remodeling bathrooms, replacing carpet, and installing anything his customers can envision. The lack of sleep has taken a huge tole on his well being. Sometimes getting absolutely zero sleep and up to only 3-5 hours a night. We now have four children; 10, 7, 4, and 1, and this is getting scary. Sam gets so dizzy every time he stands too fast and now can't lay on his left ear. We are asking for help to get him where he can comfortably sleep and work without fear of being completely disabled. We would be extremely grateful for any help in making this dream a reality. Thank you.
