Help Me Stay in School: Tuition Crisis
Donation protected
Hi, my name is Samuel Moses-Ailemen, and I’m an international student from Nigeria studying Aviation Management at Bowling Green State University.
I’ve always dreamed of working in the aviation industry — not just to build a career, but to give back to my community and inspire others who come from where I come from.
But recently, things have become really difficult for me. Due to the exchange rate and financial crisis back home, my family is no longer able to fully support my tuition and living expenses.
I’ve had to make heartbreaking sacrifices — including using my rent money to cover part of my school fees — just to stay enrolled. Because of that, I’ve received a lot of eviction notices in the past, and now I’m at risk of losing both my education and my housing if I keep on making these sacrifices.
As an international student, I don’t qualify for federal financial aid, and working options are very limited. I’ve been trying my best to manage with part-time work, but it’s simply not enough to cover tuition, rent, and basic needs all together.
That’s why I’ve created this GoFundMe — to ask for help from anyone who’s willing and able to support me during this extremely hard time.
Every donation, no matter how small, brings me one step closer to staying in school, keeping a roof over my head, and continuing this journey I’ve worked so hard for.
Please consider donating or sharing this with someone who might be able to help. Your support truly means the world to me.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
