Samuel Chris was given a compassionate heart for rescue. For two years Chris has been taking in Ugandan strays with a myriad of ailments and hurts. At just 17 years old he has 29 dogs in his care and works to support and provide for their needs. May the Lord bless his journey and move the hearts of people to donate to Samuel Chris’s shelter!
