Dear friends and family,
Our brother Samuel and his wife Anna were involved in a serious accident last night while coming home. Samuel was sleeping in the passenger seat when their car was struck by a trailer. His side of the car was crushed, causing a severe dislocation of his pelvic bone and extensive damage to his arm muscles, which left his bone exposed. The medics had to cut him out of the car, and after an excruciating ordeal, they sedated him and managed to realign his pelvis. He’s also had stitches to repair his arm and is suffering deep gashes on his face, along with a head concussion.
Thankfully, Anna came out with only superficial scarring, but the mental trauma from witnessing the accident has taken its toll on her as well.
Samuel's type of work requires full use of his arms, and he will not be able to return to work until he recovers, though doctors are unsure when, or even if, he will regain full function. To make matters worse, the accident left them without a vehicle, and they currently have no means of transportation.
We are asking for your prayers for their healing—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—as well as for solutions and provision during this difficult time. If you are able to offer any financial help, your donations will go towards covering doctor’s visits, bills during Samuel’s recovery, and hopefully, the purchase of a new vehicle so they can have reliable transportation.
Any amount you can contribute will be greatly appreciated, and if you can’t help financially, we ask that you continue to lift them up in prayer.
Thank you for your love, kindness, and generosity. May God bless you all.
